Memorial Day 2010

Every Memorial Day clan Daniel goes on a 5 day camp out with lots of other fellow campers from our church. This year FBC "the Pearl" had 16 campsites reserved and we all had a great time. One of our fellow campers/church members works for the government and had boxes of MRE's. This fascinated the whipper-snappers to no end. All of the kids kept going to their campsite to beg for one more. Bub thought this form of eating quite enjoyable. It even had it's own cooker!
The multitude of whipper-snappers break down by age and find many things to do thru-out each day.

On Sunday morning we all gather for a church service. We had 73 people this year. Our pastor says we can't count toward the church roll because we don't pass the plate. You know how us Baptists are.

Sissy and Sister and a bunch of the other girls did some crafts.

Sissy learned to ride a bicycle without training wheels.

Many games were played...

by young...

and old!

Friendships and bonds are formed...

and memories are made that will last a lifetime.
